  22. Very lovely Mary. The paper is just beautiful. I never thought to weave a ribbon through the slots. I still only have the baby bug, so I don't know if I can cut one as large as you did. I'm going to try this though. My middle granddaughter turns 13 next month. This would be a pretty card for her. Thanks for sharing your ideas. Hope your MIL is doing better. I'm sure this card will brighten her spirits.

  24. Hi Mary, I really love this doily card and how you used an embossing folder on the white paper. I used your technique for a birthday card for my older sister. Her birthday is tomorrow! I have posted pictures of the card at my blog and have linked back to your blog in appreciation for the inspiration. I also have you listed in my blog roll :). Thanks for sharing your ideas. It helped me make a beautiful card for my sister.
