"DUDE YOU ROCK!" TEEN BOY BIRTHDAY CARD

  6. Your card Rocks! Sharon is correct. The embossing folder is Cuttlebug Diamond Plate. It is perfect for masculine cards. I have embossed aluminum foil as well as aluminum roof flashing (this you have to be more careful with since it is a sharper material). Not used the Groovy Times cartridge before I do not think so time to give it a try.

  9. This card is too cool! Perfect for a teen boy. Love the embossed foil. I'ved used the heavy duty foil to emboss before and it worked well, but I think that it may even work better if I adhere it to cardstock. Thanks for the great tip Mary. The Diamond Plate embossing folder is my 'go to' folder to emboss male cards. Love your card, Mary - so happy and fun!

  14. Your card totally rocks Mary! I love this for a boy, and I think a boy would love getting this card as well. Yep, foil embosses pretty nice when you place it on cardstock and I love how the diamond plate embossing folder makes it look so real, just like all the boys and men love. Very cool card indeed!
