    Mary, may I ask, does it cost extra postage to send a card with an action wobble on it? I have never used an action wobble before, but I love this card, and really want to make one like it. Thanks.

      Hi Jan! If your envelope is thicker than 1/4", square, or weighs more than one ounce, it will cost .21 or more extra postage. I always add a piece of card stock in the envelope, on the front of the card to protect the embellishments, or action wobble, so I usually pay about .68 to send my cards. I don't mind though, since I put so much time and love into making a special card for someone. My family is close by, so most of my cards are hand delivered. Have fun making your car, Jan!
