"HEY CHICKIE!" MY FIRST CAMEO CARD

Hi guys! Here's my first card using the Silhouette Cameo! I'm a newbie, and learning what the Cameo can do. For those of you who have asked, YES!! I'll still be using my Cricut!! I still love my Cricut and all my carts, and will continue to use them often! Thanks for watching!

  3. Oh Mary, This is so cute I love both your chickies--Your card as always came out just fine. Congrats on the cameo I have had mine for a couple of months -- I popped it out of the box right away and could not wait to use it. I still love all my cricut machines and alternate. It is just another way of being crafty.

    Happy crafting and happy Easter.

  9. How fun to try new things! I enjoyed knowing that the cameo could trace and cut a digi... makes me want to explore the cameo as well. Do you still use your Imagine at all?

  11. So Cute! So glad to hear you are going to be using your Cricut still. I have a cameo on my wishlist. I could never get rid of my ciruct and carts, no matter how great the cameo is. I started out on the cricut and I love a lot of the cuts :)

  18. Dear Mary
My heart sank when I read that you were using the cameo. I thought the Cricut card Queen was no more. I only got my Cricut about 8 months ago. I love all your cards and videos. I thought that I was resigned to watch only the old videos until you said you were only going to use the cameo once in a while. I think your card is simply adorable. I must remember to use twine or crosstitch thread on my cards it really does add something to them.

  21. I am so happy to hear that you will be doing Cricut cuts still. I admit I was a bit worried when I saw that you had gotten the Sillouette.

You have really inspired me to use cricut cuts that I may have otherwise overlooked. I love your cards.

I love how your video shows both the Sillouette and Cricut options with this card.

  22. I am happy that you are going to be using the silhouette some too. I got one for christmas and have watched tons of youtube videos. I started last summer so I was able to figure it out a little better by the time I got it. There are some people who give away some really cute cut files that are free. (they also sell them.) I still use my cricut also but the silhouette is so much better at cutting intricate cut, and I love the print and cut feature. I am looking foreword to seeing what you do with it. Diana

  24. Congrats on the cameo. I think I got mine shortly after this was posted, wow impressed that your first card was a print and cut I still haven't tried that yet:) I still love all my cricut machines and alternate back and forth too. It is just another way of being crafty.
