Guest Designer Monday - Envelope Mini Album

Welcome to a special new segment on Cardz TV...Guest Designer Monday! I've got some wonderful Guest Designers lined up, and today our first GD is Lynn Baker, author of "The Ultimate Guide to Scrapbooking with Children".     Mary your daughter is such a creative woman!! ( Hi Lynn ) =)

    I loved this tutorial and I actually have a mini album that I have made awhile back that uses envelopes as well, just a tad bit different than this. I really enjoyed the video ladies and I would LOVE to win a copy of Lynn's book. My daughter Gia who's going to be 9 soon has just started showing interest in scrapbooking so this book would definitely come in handy!!!

    My grandchildren live far away and I am always looking for things to do when I do get to see them. I think this envelope mini could easily be something we could do together that just working on it together would creat some beautiful memories.     I love the childrens book that your sweet daughter made and would love to win it. I am a Grandma of 14. My Grandkids love my craft room and are always looking for things to make. I have ages 8 month he likes to look, to 15.

I have so many neighbor children who spend hours and hours in my craft room. Lynn's book would be put to good use all year. I'm always trying to come up with crafty ideas for them to do and the envelope mini album will be a perfect project for this summer. Thank you for your generous giveaway Lynn.

I have supplies here to make something similar but think I am going to have to do some adjusting after seeing how easy your envelopes are to use. Can you find the envelopes that are acid-free and lignin-free so they are safe for photos? Would love to win your book. If not, can I find it in my local library?

    This was just an awesome video. What neat ideas . . .having a guest designer and the envelope scrapbook. Talent does run in the family I see. My kids aren't into anything like this, even though my daughter is very creative and artistic, but my 5 year old granddaughter is becoming quite interested.     How clever! I have wanted to try a paper bag book but this idea works better because I have so many envelopes in my stash of crafting material. Love to craft with my grown daughter and friends.
