Hi Mary just came across your videos the other day when looking for ideas - now yours is the only one I've been looking at. Thanks for your time putting these together for us. Resolution: besides the regular diet (need to lose 40 lbs), exercise, etc. I want to be a better person both physically, mentally, spiritually, and be kind to others (not that I'm not now)- there is just too much meanness in the world. Oh yeah and try not to buy anymore paper until the crates full are gone (yeah right!) Thanks for chance to win. Happy New Year. Karen kjstampin@gmail.com
Happy New Year, Mary. I just recently discovered your wonderful blog, stamps and You Tube videos, and I love everything I see. My first New Year's resolution is to spend more time in reading and studying my Bible. My next is to rid my home of paper clutter and magazines. I have way too many, and plan to scan the items I want to save into my computer, then donate the magazines. I plan to go through at least 5 magazines every day until I am done. I have too many other obligations most days to get more done than that. After that I plan to organize my craft room so that I can get more crafting done in a pleasant work environment. There are several more resolutions that I have in mind, but I don't plan to address them until I have accomplished the above. Of course the Bible study will be an ongoing activity. KarenV
Happy New Year! Thank you so much for the chance to win. I have many New Year's resolutions. One is to lose the 15 pounds that I re-gained last year. Another is to be a better mother and wife. Mary - HAPPY NEW YEAR to you. I am so glad that I found your blog this past year. I have enjoyed it a lot and gotten some great ideas. I just wrote down my resolutions. They are more like goals and I have a form that has different categories such as family, faith, friends, work, home, fun, hobby, health, out of the box, learning, financial, etc. Then it has a space for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months per category. I looked at last year's goals and I completed them all but 4 and of the 4, I at least started them - others were beyond my control to finish. Of course in my hobby category was the goal to catch up on my scrapbooking - HA!!!
My new years resolution is to just enjoy being with my husband and cherishing each day we have together instead of worrying about the "small stuff" in life and worrying what others things..maybe just to stop worrying in general so I can live a long and happy life with my husband.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, Mary.

The third, but not the last, is to try to get some Christmas cards done every month, starting in January or February, so I don't neglect my family in October or November so I can get my Christmas cards done in time.

ReplyDelete12 STEP PROGRAM FOR SCRAPBOOKERS (use only if needed!!!!)
1. I do notneed any more paper!
2. I do not need any more buttons and brads!
3. I do not need any more Stickles!
4. I cannot get into stamping! (forget this one...I'm already there!)
5. I must not buy another magazine!
6. I cannot look for supplies on the
Internet...too tempting!
7. I cannot accidentally find myself at
Michaels or Hobby Lobby!
8. I must use the paper I HAVE!
9. I will join as many swaps as possible to use up my supplies and get different supplies for…FREE!
10. I cannot sign up for anymore classes because I
will accidentally find myself in a store with lots and lots of
scrapbook supplies that I don't need!
11. I swear I really will get ALL my photos organized!
12. Most importantly, I must NOT think of
myself as a scrapbook supply collector!! I'm a user, NOT a collector!!
Creative Wishes,

ReplyDeleteMary - HAPPY NEW YEAR to you.
ReplyDeleteHi Mary
