    My fav. place to take my kids was opal mining in Virgin Valley NV. We camped at the hotsprings, and rock hunted all day, we had a blast!

    no summervacation for me. I'm getting better after an operation on my shoulder. I takes more time than we thought. So summer will be in my back yard with cold drinks and great food and a lot to read. So relaxing at home. I only hope the weather will be beter because the last week we had rain and rain and rain.

    We went to the Mountains of GA. My best friend has a house up there and this was the first time we got to visit her. She's an outdoorsy person and so we went to many places we normally wouldn't go to. We went to Brasstown Bald, the highest mountain in GA. We saw out first waterfall at Ana Ruby Falls. We ate at Paula Dean's restaurant and at the Dillard House. We also got to see Tallulah Falls Gorge. It was an amazing vacation. I am truly happy I got to ejoy with some of the best people on Earth :) Mercy

    Hi Mary It's been great getting to know you and I get so inspired by watching the cricut ideas. My guys (hubby and 3 sons) braved black Friday last Nov. to buy my cricut as a Christmas present. We are not able to take vacations. Finances have been a struggle here until recently. My vacations are when my guys go fishing on weekends and I can pull out my cardmaking supplies and have time to myself to create with friends.     We go to Traverse City, Michigan every year for a week---take our bikes and bike or walk the whole week. We rent a cottage that is within walking distance to downtown. I always take some cardmaking supplies and make cards while my husband watches sports on tv.

    What a great stamp set and Krystal is so generous to donate a set. I really love the fact she donates sales proceeds to different charities in need. I think that is awesome. Well when you live in Florida, there are many places to go for vacation. However the heat is the make and break deal of it all so we don't plan many vacations in the summer. However, we did spend 3 days in June in Key West, FL with family and that was a lot of fun. Our next vacation is in September on cruise to the Bahamas and in October we are spending a few days in Disney World. So we have plans, but not many in the summertime. :)

    Summer is quickly getting away from us and we have no plans to go anyplace just yet. My husband keeps having to have medical tests done so we may not get to go anyplace until the fall.     Hi Mary. We had a short weekend vacation . It was the vacation to hell. It was 122 the whole time. It was along a river and our son and grandson loved it because they were young enough to be in the cool water the whole time but we couldn't do that so stayed in our room the whole time watching TV. I think we need a real vacation now. I did take some scraping tools along so that helped a little.

    What a wonderful give away. My husband and I take two mini vacations each year - one in the spring and one in the fall. Both of them are to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area in Northern MN.     We decided to use our bankcard mile credits to travel from Portland OR to Portland Maine last fall. We thought it would be fun to check out the other Portland! This year's only vacation is a sidecar rally this week for 3 days to sign the paperwork for my position as Oregon Rep for the SideCar Association. Not really much of a vacation so that's why I included last fall's vacation. I would love to add these stamps to my collection as I don't have many stamps like these. Thanks for opportunity Mary!

My daughter and her children are coming Monday for a week and I plan to go out for every meal except breakfast...KOK.. no dishes or cooking for me. Besides they like to eat out.     I'm staycationing because I just had my kitchen remodeled and want to continue to whittle down to essentials so I can maintain the minimalist feel. I'm also seeing a lot of comedy and entertainment. We (my soon-to-be-29-year-old son and my husband and I) saw Bobby McFerrin at an outdoor festival tonight and amazing comedian Tom Wilson last night at a local comedy club. Also seeing out-of-town guests as they pass thru the area. We'll take one short trip North, but we'll mostly be around home.

    Hi Mary. Seems I'm in the same boat as most, with gas at $4 a gallon we are spending vacation at home. We had our first pool party last weekend for my grandson's birthday. I think we'll be having more pool parties in our yard this summer for our vacation at home. Thanks for hosting a give away. I just love these stamps. Ketchup to you later! What a hoot.     I'll be heading North to Massachusetts With My daughter and grand daughter, Her mom promissed her a 'girls' trip if sh got straight A's on her reportcard now mom has to pay up and grandma gets to go along too. We will be visiting the American Girl Company outside of Boston ( my dear daughters fav city) for tea and to pick out her doll. She is one very lucky Little girl . Todays is her 8th Birthday and this is her present. We will be visiting Family, Friends, Yankee Candle Company and possibly Kringle Candles as well and eating at out favorit place "The Huke Kee Lau" Going to be lots of fun!!!

    This summer, we are going on a "no real destination" vacation. Starting on the Blue Ridge Parkway and driving south. Stopping whereever we feel like and using a lot of back roads to explore. A new adventure.....we'll see!

    I have the whole summer off cause I work in a school..this is perfect cause we have a camper and we stay at this campground from May to October and we come every week-end and in the summer I bring my grand-children and we stay here with them...so our vacation is here at the campground...

    We go to Lake Cumberland in KY every couple of weeks in the summer. We keep our boat down there, so we just take a 3 hour drive and we are there and ready to relax in the lake.

    Great giveaway! I have never used her stamps but heard a lot about them. This past June, I took my daughter to New York and we had the opportunity to go to Coney Island and we went near ground zero, but I wasn't ready to actually see it. We had a fantastic time and planning our next summer vacation.

    We aren't going any where this summer. Gas is too high and airplanes are out of our budget. We are retired so don't really mind staying home and playing with our hobbies. This gives me more money to spend on goodies in my craft room!

    Hi, Mary! Thanks so much for the chance at a giveaway. Those stamps are nice!! There is no vacation for me this year. I will be going on a "staycation" in a couple of weeks when my sister comes for a visit. She lives about 6 hours away, and I have not seen her since Thanksgiving. She has four children ranging in ages from 12 to 5. We will be spending time together in the pool, going on some day trips, playing cards and just being with one another. Looking forward to it.
